Banksman

The Banksman role is primarily to give clear instructions to the crane operator during lifting activities.

Slinger

The Slinger role is to prepare and sling loads for lifting.

Application

The application is a mixture of theory and practical questions for personnel wishing to enter the construction industry.

CONTENT

The application has 3 modules, each module consists of basic questions giving you an understanding of of what to expect during your oil & gas slinger banksman training coures.

Module 1 - Introduction to Lifting Operations (LOLER).

Module 2 - Banksman Role.

Module 3 - Slinging Operations.

Approved Banksman and Slinging Personnel wishing to become competent in the banksman and slinger role with in the oil and gas industry.
